Cherokee Self Storage
Expansion of a business that is already not in conformance with zoning regulations brings with it a high level of communication, coordination and planning. Variances were acquired for new building on the existing lot, a new building on an adjacent lot, and for exemption from sidewalk requirements.
Buckwheat Road Elevation
In order to build a a self storage unit on the periphery of a residential neighborhood, careful attention was given both both to facade materials and site design.
SR 131 Elevation
Building design include a stylized take on an industry standard - broad storefronts on upper floors to showcase unit doors and the business function.
